Waymark has officially been re-certified as a Great Place to Work®, which recognizes employers who create an employee experience where individuals feel valued and engaged.
Based on employee feedback and an independent analysis to determine final scoring, 99% of employees said they were made to feel welcome when they joined Waymark, and 94% of employees feel a sense of pride in the work Waymark does in service to our partners and communities. Moreover, 90% of Waymark employees agree that Waymark is a great place to work – 33% higher than the national average.
